Communal Entrance Solution from Fendor

By necessity in today's society, communal access areas have to offer security and peace of mind to both owners and occupiers, and the new SecureLine CA entrance system from Fendor has been specifically designed with these needs in mind.

Offering the highest levels of security, this system has a host of benefits over comparable systems rendering it suitable for any communal location. The intelligent design features an incorporated access control system and reinforced profiles for reduced damage. Fully resistant to attack and unauthorised entry, the system can offer concealed Slimline magnetic locks which can withstand up to 1200lbs of force. Secret fixings provide ease of glazing, with fully welded and dressed joints providing a flush and impenetrable finish. A range of glazing options is available dependent upon the functional requirements and specifiers can choose from standard laminated glass, polycarbonate or PC Glass (polycarbonate glass) for a more resilient option.

Fabrication and adjustment of the doors to ensure an exact fit is carried out under strict quality controlled factory conditions so that the system is precisely fitted into the entrance. A built in pivot block and a continuous saddles door threshold minimises builders work and if required, a heavy duty closer is available as an option. There is also an optional supply of fireman's switch and access control system.

Practical hardware is included as standard, incorporating anti finger nip profiles and compatibility with both automatic and semi automatic swing door gear.

The strength and robustness of the SecureLine CA is invaluable in resisting the increasing amount of abuse levelled at communal entrance systems within both residential and commercial properties and with an aesthetic and unobtrusive appearance, it can offer protection and defence in any access area.
