Gutmann LARA GF

Mullion-transom structures and glass roofs with narrow profile face widths and a lot of glass are justifiable desires - including the expectation that these features will meet current requirements.

Gutmann offers its newest system, LARA GF, to meet these demands. This puts an end to design restrictions.

Based on LARA GF's solid construction principle, a gapless system has been developed that allows planners to achieve frame insulation values between Uf = 1.4 to 0.73 W/m_K in a single pane thickness up to 48 mm. As a structure which offers particularly good thermal insulation, LARA GF is also well suited as a passive house component. It is certified by the Passivhaus Institut [passive house institute] in Darmstadt, Germany.

Exterior of aluminum, interior of wood; LARA GF offers almost limitless possibilities, both for the structure as well as for color design. Exterior cladding can be selected from diverse profile shapes of aluminum, even the particularly scratch-resistant and low-maintenance Gutmann structural surface.

Another innovation is a supplement to the system offering a solution for an exterior wood cover profile that can simply be clamped on. The wooden profile has rear-ventilation suitable for the material. The interior's protected wood structure can be coated with any paint tone, including light varnishes.

Adapted to the optical and technical requirements, frame face widths of 50, 55, 60 and 80 mm are possible.

The patented seal for the glazing is an outstanding LARA GF feature. It is capable of withstanding high test pressure without permitting water intrusion.

Able to meet many requirements, of course also the statutory-prescribed CE certification for mullion-transom structures, Gutmann is able to provide certificates and test proofs as well as extensive assistance. Whether for thermal insulation, a tight seal against wind and driving rain, acoustic attenuation or fire safety; LARA GF from Gutmann is t h e all-round system for the highest demands.Further
