Siegenia-Aubi: Under New Management

After eight years at the helm, SIEGENIA-AUBI general manager Léann Hearne is parting company with the glazing industry to pursue a personal interest in charitable work with a leading housing charity.

Former Roto operations director, Adrian Vicker, who is currently overseeing the setup of Tunal UK, will take over the reins at the Coventry window and door hardware manufacturer and ventilation systems supplier in mid August.

He says, 'SIEGENIA-AUBI has enjoyed great success under Léann's leadership, including the launch of Trident three-in-one window hardware and the FS Portal folding sliding door system; the merger with Aubi and the more recent KFV acquisition; not to mention winning several business and training awards. There's no doubt the industry will miss her, but she has left the business poised for growth, on which I fully intend to capitalise.'

Léann adds, 'In recent years we've developed a well rounded product portfolio for SIEGENIA-AUBI to complement the core tilt and turn product range and cover the casement, aluminium, folding sliding door, door lock and ventilation markets.

'Last year we invested in a test rig for 'trial run' testing and expanded our technical team to extend the support we can give our customers. There's a very strong team in place and, thanks to their efforts, the business is in good shape. I can think of no-one better than Adrian to drive its future success.'
