360 Vision For Architects - From Hafele

Architectural ironmongery, hardware and fittings specialist Häfele has launched a new suite of services for architects, specifiers, installers and project managers called Project 360º.

Häfele has packaged a range of support services extending from design for furniture and interior décor through hardware supply and on to full project management where needed. Documentation back-up includes detailed planning manuals; seminars for planners addressing a range of topics; tendering texts; application examples in both Britain and European settings; CAD software support; and Häfele's own TEC Services which cover a range of standards and educational support.

Häfele's range of hardware fitments includes the latest and best in design and operational technology for fixed and moving frameless glass partitioning and walling systems coming into Britain from across Europe; automatically controlled shuttering systems for the regulation of heat and light in both domestic and corporate settings; access controls including both conventional, electronic and biometrically controlled security for hotels and public access buildings; decorative door and window furniture and fitments in both traditional and contemporary styles; plus Britain's biggest range of cabinet furniture fittings and accessories.

More than 100,000 individual product items are catalogued and bespoke designed and manufactured hardware resources are available within the global Häfele Group of companies and from a range of preferred suppliers throughout the EU.

According to project leader Gary King, Häfele is targeting hotels, corporate and retail-based projects initially, both in UK and overseas. Among the reference sites quoted for the domestic environment is Norman Foster's iconic 'Gherkin' project in the City of London and Dubai's Burj Al Arab Hotel overseas.Key members of 360º Service Team are DIP GAI Certificate holders and Häfele UK is a member of the RIBA CPD Providers Network. All seminars conducted by Häfele team members at their own regional premises nationwide or at client sites within the United Kingdom are strictly within CPD guidelines and each is assessed, judged and approved on its educational content.
