Hawkins Road, Colchester

Renson was invited by both Weston Homes and M Price to provide a cost effective design solution that would provide both an aesthetically pleasing façade coupled to meeting the exacting specification demands of cooling the building. The final solution exceeds both requirements, particularly the facetted drum area, where the solar shading smoothly integrated with the curtain walling at each change of angle.
